Mechanical Analysis

Testing Domains:

Frequencies | Temperature | Strength | Dynamic and Static Stress | Exponential Deformations | Systems in Motion

Mechanical analysis examines the system’s (or component’s) properties under its physical limits. These limits are influenced by the system’s constraints and operating conditions. For example, stiffness and flexibility are opposing properties. Combining and controlling the influence of each defines the working range and physical capabilities of a system.

Sometimes seemingly simple parts are revealed to be key components for achieving a desired characteristic that wasn’t initially apparent in the design. Mechanical analysis identifies these components and provides insights for design optimization and tailored adjustments.
