Laboratory standards and advanced equipment
The laboratory is certified to ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 standards, the laboratory is equipped with innovative testing systems, which allow for the simulation of extreme environmental conditions. These systems are designed to ensure that the products being tested meet the most stringent requirements of international standards.
The laboratory is located at 12 HaRav Shalom Jerafi Street, Rishon LeZion, and offers complete solutions for products in development stages, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
Laboratory Services Include:
- Vibration Testing
- Performed using advanced vibration tables that simulate vibrations at various frequencies and intensities.
- These tests are suitable for verifying the resistance of products to shocks and vibrations that occur during transportation, handling, and routine operation.
- HALT/HASS (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) tests
- Tests that accelerate the product life cycle to detect hidden failure points.
- Used to assess the quality and durability of the product over time, in the planned working environments.
- Temperature and humidity tests
- Wide range of tests, including:
- Extreme temperatures, from -75°C to +180°C.
- Controlled humidity, between 20% and 98% RH.
- Suitable for products operating in tropical, desert or frozen environments.
- Thermal Shock Testing
- Tests between extreme temperatures up to +200 to -70 at a rate of up to 30 seconds, simulating a sharp and extreme transition from heat to cold or vice versa.
- Helps verify failures resulting from sharp temperature changes in electronic or mechanical systems.
- Altitude Testing
- Tests performed in a controlled environment that simulates temperatures and pressures at different altitudes, up to 44,000 feet.
- Suitable for equipment and products operating in flight conditions and working at high altitudes.
- Salt Spray Testing
- Tests that simulate a corrosive environment as a result of prolonged exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
- Used in the automotive, marine and defense industries.
- Water and dust penetration tests (IP Testing)
- Tests according to IP (Ingress Protection) levels:
- Water: Rain, pressurized spray, water jet and full immersion.
- Dust: Ingress of dust and sand particles at atmospheric pressure and vacuum.
- Provide resistance certification for products intended for outdoor use.
- Drop and Transport Simulation tests
- Simulation of drops, shocks and transport conditions on surfaces or in air and sea transport.
